We had an amazing time...
We had an amazing time doing the sunrise tour. The views were great and our driver, Sanjeet, was very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable about the lakes. Our personal opinion was we arrived about an hour too early at Lake moraine. By the time the sun was actually rose, we had to leaver (About 6:30am) so it was mostly dark while we were there. There was 2 hours for Moraine and 1 for Louise, but we believed it should have been the other way around as the activities at Moraine do not open until later. But overall great experience!

I highly recommend…. We had a great private tour with Yug! He picked us up right at our condo and our day was trailered to what we wanted to do and how long we wanted to be at places! He made sure we got to see the best spots and took pictures for us! It was so nice to be dropped off and picked up close to entrances. His knowledge of the area and friendliness was also appreciated!

Overall loved the lakes, the mountains. Very tranquil. I do wish there was more time at Johnson canyon 30 minutes more, less time at emerald lake and 30 minutes more in the town of Banff. But it was an long day for us had to travel over 2 hours for pick up. Then the drive back to the Airbnb.

Wish we could give this more than 5 stars. Of the many tours we’ve experienced, this was by far the best. Our tour guide Anthony was exceptional - extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating, and he shared information that you can’t just get from a “google search”. The sites we visited were obviously spectacular, and should be included in any trip to Alberta. If you have the option of a private tour, it’s definitely worth it, as it elevates the experience, which is specifically tailored to your interests and preferences. The vehicle provided for the tour was spacious, comfortable and clean. Also, the company and our tour guide stayed in touch prior to the tour, and were very easy to reach at all times for questions. Highly, highly recommended.

Travel with Louis!
Pickup was central in Calgary and Louis was our tour guide. Driving with him was a very special experience - as a driver very calm and relaxed, with enormous knowledge about the country and its people. As a biologist, he was able to tell us a lot about the wildlife, but also about the geology and evolutionary history of the Rockies. I can only recommend hiring Louis as a tour guide.
