Our tour of the icefields was terrific! Ankit stopped at beautiful lakes - Bow and Peyto - and waterfalls. He even showed us how to skip rocks on the lake surface! Ankit was helpful in taking great pictures of us so we have wonderful memories of the day. Would highly recommend this tour!

Beyond Banff - great small local tour company!
We had a tour with Beyond Banff (a small local tour company) in mid-September and it was SUCH a great experience. Our tour guide, Quaid, is a born-and-raised local and knows Banff inside and out, experience that can't be replicated. Our tour was full of interesting local history, ecology, and the best places to get photos. He also had the best washroom recommendations for bathroom breaks, an important detail on a 9-hour day! We visited the highlights, of course, (Lake Louise, Moraine Lake), and the tour company also added a few other stops that were a little more off the beaten path (and thus a little quieter and less busy). It was so much easier and less stressful than doing all the driving ourselves. Throughout the whole trip, Quaid was professional, a great driver, and was very personable and entertaining. He also gave us several ideas for quieter and less busy hikes on our last day in the area. Highly recommend Quaid and Beyond Banff for your trip to the area!

We had such an amazing experience touring Banff and the Icefields Parkway with Andy! From beginning to end, he made the entire day feel special, relaxed, and memorable.Andy took us to around 12 different spots throughout Banff and along the Icefields Parkway, and what we loved most was that he didn’t just take us to the usual tourist attractions. He also showed us several hidden gems and beautiful scenic locations that we probably would never have discovered on our own. Every stop was carefully chosen, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.He knew all the best picturesque spots and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery without ever feeling rushed. He was also incredibly patient and helpful throughout the tour. One of the highlights for us was how much effort he put into taking pictures of us. He knew exactly where to stand, the best angles, and the most beautiful backgrounds, and he captured some truly gorgeous photos that we will treasure from this trip.Andy was very knowledgeable about the area and shared interesting information along the way, but at the same time the tour felt fun and comfortable rather than overly structured. It honestly felt like exploring Banff with someone who really knows and loves the area.The Icefields Parkway itself is spectacular, but having Andy guide us made the experience even better because we were able to see so much in one day without worrying about where to stop, what we might miss, or where the best viewpoints were.If you are visiting Banff and want to see both the famous sights and some incredible lesser-known places, I would highly recommend booking a tour with Andy. He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, and the beautiful pictures he took of us were an extra special bonus.Thank you, Andy, for such a wonderful day and for helping us create so many beautiful memories in Banff and along the Icefields Parkway. Every single stop on this tour was breathtaking! Liam did everything he could to make this day special for us. He planned our route to best avoid crowds, drove us right up close to each site, guided us to the best viewing spots, and took quality pictures for everyone. His energy kept us going and he looked after each of our needs. The lunch stop in Lake Louise Village was top notch. We were fortunate enough to end our day by viewing a mama bear and her cubs. What more could you ask for?

Everything with this tour was straight forward and organized. We received texts the day before with any instructions and who our driver/tour guide would be. Our tour guide was Angel. He used a headset so that even those in the back of the van could hear the tour highlights. He was respectful and was always watching for those in the group. This was just the best excursion. I would use this company again in a heart beat.
