- The stargazing tour is weather-dependent. To ensure the best experience, the tour will only proceed if the skies are clear and not overly cloudy. If the weather conditions, such as heavy cloud cover, rain, or snow, affect visibility, the tour may be postponed or canceled. Additionally, extreme cold or high winds may impact comfort and the overall experience, so the tour may be rescheduled accordingly. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of any cancellations or changes.
- In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.
- No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
- Temperatures at night around the lakes can drop significantly, sometimes reaching -20°C or colder in winter. We recommend dressing in warm layers, including an insulated winter jacket and pants, a warm hat, gloves, and warm socks. Insulated winter boots or sturdy footwear are also recommended. Dressing appropriately will help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor experience.
