Excellent tour, one of the best I've ever taken. Our guide, Joshua, was upbeat and energetic. He used humour both to convey information and to keep participants on schedule. He related interesting facts about the places we visited and other places we passed along our route. I would have liked a slightly longer lunch break.

Great day travelling around Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. Georgia was a fabulous guide, very caring, very knowledgeable about the area, the wildlife and a nice touch was the offer of walking poles.

Tour was on time, covered the things we wanted to see. Our guide/driver was good at making sure we saw the key points of both lake areas and left us time to explore a little on our own. Met our expectations. I would recommend.

Hope for good weather because it is beautiful up there. We used roam bus to get to sulfur mountain and back. I paid ahead through Cool Banff for the tickets for the gondola. Above the clouds it was clear and sunny.

Really enjoyed our trip to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake! Everything was well planned and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable, which was a big plus.JES was a great guide — friendly, patient and easy to talk to. He made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. Overall, it was a lovely day and we’re very happy we joined this tour!

It’s incredibly gorgeous!! The center at the top was very informative and the restaurants were fantastic

Shuttle was pretty cramped but was able to get my elderly aunt next to the door. The sites were beautiful and worth the trip. Didn't much care for the driver.

Walking on a glacier was pretty cool Glass floor walkway was great. Only recommendation would be hang out at back of pack and let bridge clear of people. Get better views and pics while everyone else waiting on bus You can ride any bus back to visitor center

We traveled with several family members, including older adults, and this was a very convenient way to visit both lakes. The shuttle was comfortable and the schedule was easy to follow. We appreciated having enough time at both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake to enjoy the views without having to rush.Our driver was kind and professional, and the whole experience was very smooth from beginning to end. It was a beautiful family day in Banff National Park. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful day with our family visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. The shuttle was comfortable, the driver was friendly, and everything was well organized. Having 1.5 hours at each lake gave us plenty of time to take pictures, walk around, and enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed.It was especially convenient for our family because we didn’t have to worry about parking or transportation. Both lakes were absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend this shuttle to families visiting Banff.
