Banff Trolley Tours

Very good guide. We visited several sites that we would have not visited otherwise on our own. The guide was also flexible with our Banff visit where he separated the group in two: gondola and Banff town for those that did not want to go to the gondola.

Inder was very hospitable. He was also very understanding when I can do our timings from location to location. I have a 5-year-old and so we always try to stick to the timeline but we were always a few minutes over our meet up times and still found a way to make it home on time. It's an amazing experience to go on this tour and I recommend it again!

Our first time to Banff, it snowed, and some of the roads were closed. We were unable to reach some of the locations on our excursion. Our guide was very accommodating with taking us to other destinations that were just as spectacular. The Gondola ride was definitely worth the experience. Absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking views from the top. Our guide, (sorry I can’t remember his name), was very very friendly, patient and kind. The trails we walked sometimes were slippery from the snow. He made sure we had safe footing at all times. It was a challenge. Thank you for keeping us safe.

Don’t count on getting picked up on scheduled time and getting communicated with about changes. We were picked up two hours late and my family started our trip so negatively, they regretted coming. The only pluses was our guide was excellent. Cool Banff said they emailed us of pickup change, but I still can’t find any such email. We got up at 6:00am but weren’t picked up not until near 10:00am. This really deserved a prior call so we could have Rested after a long flight. My family was not happy until our guide made up for it by being so good.

We had a terrific driver who took great care of us during the day. We booked the trip expecting the gondola and hot pool, however both were closed and we expected a similar experience to replace them. It was disappointing to not have that experience since it was the prime attraction that was purchased.

This was an excellent breathtaking amazing experience to see a lot of lakes from Banff national park.our tour guide/bus driver Vikrum Kunar was kind professional friendly and excellent in the entire trip really 14 hours total which is exhausting but very fulfilling our bucket list Thank you Mr Kumar and Cool Banff for this wonderful experience highly recommend-Avel

The tour manager was very accommodative of our last minute request to reschedule our trip. We were able to take the trip on another day and had a very good experience with our guide Vikram.

There’s a lot to like about this tour. Our guide was charismatic, took fantastic photos, and knew all the best spots at each location. The scenery was stunning, and the price was fair. That said, a few tweaks could make this experience even better.1. Timing: The tour ran nearly 14 hours (7:30 AM–9:15 PM), significantly longer than the advertised 10 hours. I had to bail on dinner plans with my friends. This wasn’t due to delays but an overstuffed itinerary. So maybe focus on the highlights (hot springs, gondola) and skip less impactful stops like the "secret lookout" or one of the lakes. Also, maybe streamline lunch. You could partner with a restaurant for a pre-set menu or advise guests to pick a spot in advance on the way. In the town of Banff its choice overload with the restaurants.2. Logistics: A logo or distinct marker (e.g., a blue stripe) on the van would help—meeting among rows of white vans was tricky. Or consider a meet up spot that’s less crowded with tour vans and airline shuttles. This could also help with regrouping at the tour locations.This company has huge potential. The guide’s enthusiasm and eye for photo ops are standout strengths. With a tighter schedule and clearer logistics, this could easily be a 5-star experience. Rooting for you!
