Really enjoyed our trip to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake! Everything was well planned and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable, which was a big plus. JES was a great guide — friendly, patient and easy to talk to. He made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. Overall, it was a lovely day and we’re very happy we joined this tour!

I had such a wonderful time throughout the day. Moraine Lake was breathtaking, and Lake Louise was so peaceful. All the spots were amazing, but the best part by far was our guide, Ahmed. He was so welcoming and brought such a fun, positive vibe to our group. Also, I really appreciate that he was such an awesome photographer for us. I was impressed by his professionalism as well. We actually had a little issue during the tour, but he handled it so quickly and found the best solution. He never forgot to smile and kept making us laugh. Highly recommend!

Saved money going through Cool Banff rather than direct. Just be aware the Cool Banff voucher is not your ticket. You have to go to the front desk and have them print the actual tickets. No big deal just wasn’t clear.

We had a great tour with Ahmed to Emerald Lake, Moraine Lake, Lake Louise and Natural Bridges. Ahmed was very friendly and courteous, and provided a lot of information about the area as we drove from place to place. The lakes were beautiful and we were happy we weren't trying to park our own car at each location. The other guests were fun to meet and share the experience with. Overall, it was a great day and worth the time and cost to enjoy these nature sights.

I bought tickets in Banff which included a bus ride to the Gondola. The bus arrived 10 minutes after we bought the tickets and took around 25 minutes to get to the Gondola along narrow roads climbing to a fair height and giving great views on the countryside. At the Gondola you had a timed ticket so there was a small wait. The queue was not too bad - I would hate to see it in peak season as it was very popular. The ride both ways is in a 4 person Gondola (so you will be sharing if your party size is less than 4) and the views are unbelievable for the 8 minute ride. At the top there is the usual gift shop, restaurants and coffee shop. But you can also walk the boardwalk to a higher viewpoint. The round trip is about 25 minutes but it’s well worth doing. Great experience.

Lots of beautiful scenery! Although they can't guarantee that you will see wildlife, our tour guide, Charlie, was on it! He had a network of other guides that all share wildlife sightings and Charlie didn't hesitate to go where there was a report of bears! We were able to see a mama black bear and her 3 cubs!! It was awesome!!
