This was just what we were looking for - a small bus to take our family of wide age gap to both moraine lake and lake Louise. This allowed us to not have to worry about parking - gave us the permit we needed for moraine lake and was the perfect amount of time at both lakes. The driver was super nice and had great info about the area that was interesting and helpful.

We were only in Banff for a day and 1/2 and wanted to see a lot of places. I found this tour on Cool Banff and signed us up. The tour was incredible, the sights amazing but the best part was Ram, our guide and driver. Ram communicated well, provided lots of trivia, really made it fun. He has a great personality and is a wonderful man. I highly recommend this (or any) tour with Ram! The other travellers were awesome too! We enjoyed everyone!

Fantastic Banff Tour — William Was Excellent
I had a fantastic day on this tour. I was in Calgary for a conference and only had one free day, so I wanted to make the most of it and see as much of Banff and the Canadian Rockies as possible. This tour was a great choice.Our guide, William, was excellent—knowledgeable, fun, and engaging throughout the day. He also went out of his way to take lots of photos for us, which I really appreciated. Just as importantly, he did a great job keeping everyone on schedule without making the day feel rushed. Because of that, we were able to see everything on the itinerary and really make the most of our time.The scenery was spectacular, and having William handle the logistics made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Banff was one of the highlights of my trip to Calgary. Highly recommend this tour, and especially William as a guide!

Truly wonderful experience and certainly the BEST 2.5 hours spent touring around. Our group was only four people and so we had the driver/guide to ourselves. Aki was our driver and guide, he arrived promptly and took us off on our tour around the lakes and sites. He knew all the right places to stop to get the right photo opportunities as well as offering us water/biscuits on the way around. His knowledge of the area was exceptional. He also helped by taking group photos of us all. All in all an incredible experience and one I shall never forget. His knowledge of the Banff National Park and surrounding areas is phenomenal. We wanted to see the main attractions around Banff. Our tour was for 10 stops. The Mountains, Lakes & Waterfalls trip was a full on day, lots of stops and so much to see - but such a worthwhile trip!We went on Tuesday, 8th Sept, our Driver was Richard and guide was Eleanor.Both Richard and Eleanor were full of expert knowledge on the local area, pointing out the most famous mountains and their history. We visited three lakes in total, Lake Louise, Lake Moraine and Emerald Lake. All very different and unique in their own right. The waterfalls were amazing, we visited a couple which again were so different, one with great height which was a perfect backdrop for a selfie!, the other was on a much smaller scale.We stopped for a nice buffet lunch at Emerald Lake which was included, and delicious it was!Another really great day out, thanks again Brewster Sightseeing Tours for making it fun, we learnt lots also.
