⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Day Tour – Truly a Six-Star Experience!We had an absolutely wonderful day tour with Banff Madtours on September 9th, visiting Johnston Canyon, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake, with two fantastic bonus stops at Bow River and Cascade Point. Every location was beautiful and memorable!I travelled with my 91-year-old mother, so we were especially grateful for the exceptional care and attention from our two wonderful guides, Lam and Joey. They took care of us throughout the entire day with so much patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness. They made sure my mother was comfortable, safe, and able to enjoy every part of the trip.Both Lam and Joey were extremely knowledgeable and gave us detailed and interesting explanations about the history, nature, and scenery along the way. They also constantly helped us take photos at the most beautiful spots, capturing so many wonderful memories for us.The tour was very well organized, and the bonus stops were a lovely surprise. We were truly impressed by their professionalism and, most importantly, their genuine care for their guests.A huge thank you to Lam and Joey for making this trip so special for my mother and our family. Alysa is super knowledgeable about all aspects of the park, including the local ecology, geology, history, all which encompassed a thorough view of the wonders that are the icefields! A very thoughtfully laid out itinerary for all groups, with plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The weather also turned out beautifully for us adding so much to the experience. our guide/driver was great. Driving was safe, knowledgeable. The company name was “Banff to do”. Though we were on the bus from 7:45 AM till 7:10 PM. No WIFI, no garbage bag, no pocket to the back seat to hold your water bottle or little stuff. “Lake Louise” the most visited place, you get 45 mnts( bathroom stop, Pick up lunch and watch lake), Each other place cut down 5 mnts and increase time for this lake.

We had a full day tour with Otis and it was amazing!! He picked us up at our hotel in Lake Louise and we saw 4 lakes, and a cow moose and her baby!! Otis was attentive, kind and fun!! A lovely 6 hour tour
We had an amazing time on our tour with our tour guide, Otis. We visited Marble Canyon (stunning) and fairly easy hike. Then, we had a very easy hike around the shoreline of Lake Louise (beautiful - go early, if possible. It gets very crowded). Last up was Moraine Lake. Definitely, not one to miss! The water was incredibly beautiful!! I highly recommend renting a canoe for an hour on this lake and getting away from the crowds. It was so serene and peaceful!Paul was so helpful as we booked our tour by offering recommendations for restaurants, special points of interest (when to visit to avoid major crowds), etc. Otis was a delightful guide. He’s a great driver and we had easy conversations with him. He had great tips and recommendations for our stay in Banff.I highly recommend Legacy Quests!
