Such a great way to see Banff! Not having to fight traffic or parking is well worth the money. Our guide Jay was so knowledgeable about the area and about the wildlife in the area. He was just a nice guy too!! We would totally choose to use this service again!

Booking this excursion is a must. Don’t do it yourself because of parking alone. Doing it this way takes all that stress of finding a place to park away plus you learn some history and interesting facts from your guides.

It was a pleasant experience. The bus driver is very nice, he explained the sceneries so we had a good information about them. The fee is reasonable, stress free for the whole family just to sit and not to worry about driving. I would recommend them to others.

Very nice tour, friendly and nice guide and driver. The only detail i would recommend to change will be to ask consumers to purchase 2 pm not 2.45 pm glacier tickets so the group does not wait for the passenger who books it from Cool Banff. Cool Banff suggest 2.30, 4.45 pm tickets. But the driver was very nice and accommodated all of us
