I had a bad experience in the seat.
I was glad that I had 90 minutes of free time at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and that I received advice on how to spend that time. The driver was friendly too, which was nice. However, I wish the bus seats had been reserved. At first, we were sitting side-by-side, but when we returned after walking around Moraine Lake, not only had other groups taken our seats, but only distant seats were left for us. It was as unpleasant as the walk around Lake Louise. It's very disappointing to think that if the group composition was known at the time of application, we could have specified it accordingly and avoided such trouble.

Very nice tour, friendly and nice guide and driver. The only detail i would recommend to change will be to ask consumers to purchase 2 pm not 2.45 pm glacier tickets so the group does not wait for the passenger who books it from Cool Banff. Cool Banff suggest 2.30, 4.45 pm tickets. But the driver was very nice and accommodated all of us
