We were on this 3 day trip from Calgary to Banff and back to Calgary every night. Each of the 3 days covered scenic destinations of the Banff National park and also exploring parts of Jasper and Yoho National Park en-route per itinerary of the trip. The views were Stunning, Picturesque and Exquisite !!! A big THANK YOU to our guide's SAMMY and ELIAN for providing context, history and background of the places we were visiting as well as making the trip fun and memorable !! Scenery absolutely beautiful! Tour provided adequate time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Marnie was our tour guide and right from the start was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and able to answer most of our questions. Definitely would highly recommend this tour.

Cool Banff customer service needs improvement. We tried numerous calls, left voicemail, and finally text. Finally a reply 20 minutes before tour start. We then had to rush and buy food which miraculously was included for the other 4 people on the tour. The operator, RAdventures, was superb.

This tour was wonderful. Our tour guide was Marnie. She was very friendly, well educated on the area and was able to answer questions, advised us on what things we didn’t want to miss and took pictures of our group so we could all be in the pictures. The tour itself had beautiful scenery and allowed enough time to enjoy without feeling rushed. Highly recommend!!!

Great guide but bad weather for a view
Ellie was a great guide! She shared a lot of interesting information and knew great spots to see bighorn sheep and elk. The gondola was only ok because it was very cloudy due to weather, we couldn’t see much of anything from the top. The saving grace was Ellie got them to start the marshmallow toasting back up and we enjoyed some hot sugar.

Ankit was an amazing host. Very professional friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and asked the group if they wanted to hike. We said No so he asked would we like to see a waterfall instead and we said yes amazing trip. Ankit ensured everyone was comfortable and had plenty of water to go around. Would totally recommend. One of the best ways to experience the Icefields Parkway! We booked the adventure tour from Banff with Anchit, and the entire day was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the journey feel effortless.The route was absolutely breathtaking, and having everything organized for us made such a difference. No running around trying to arrange separate activities or tickets, the experience was very well put together from beginning to end.Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff!

The highlight of our entire trip to the Rockies! We had such an amazing time on this tour - breathtaking views of some Canada’s best lakes and mountains. Our guide Nolan and driver Carson made our experience even better with their impressive knowledge of each location and super friendly service. They were funny and shared some great stories and anecdotes. We saw 3 bears and a deer on this tour too which was amazing. We would have loved to have a little more time at Lake Louise but you get to fit so much in in one day. We would 100% recommend this tour as an easy way to see Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls! No matter how long your stay in Banff is, this is a must!

We spend an amazing day with our lovely guide Bee. The tour was very well planned and executed. Bee was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and scenery, had great hidden gems up her sleeve and on top she was a good hang - fun and sweet. We had the best day, highly recommend.
