The BEST tour company in Banff!! We needed someone last minute and contacted several places. Mountain Explorer called me back right away and offered a Mercedes Sprinter van for the 8 of us for a great price!!! They picked us up at our AirBnB condo at 8:30 am and took us to Lake Moraine first, knowing it would be more crowded later, than took us to Lake Louise. We were able to explore at our pace, but the guide helped us find areas not as crowded to take pictures. If we didn't know better, we would have thought we had both places to ourselves. We were given so much info about the area during the drive there and back. It was a long day, and sooooo easy and relaxing!! I highly recommend contacting Mountain Explorer!!!

Our tour guide Zee was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, provided interesting and valuable info, friendly, patient with all the questions, able to stay on schedule and we really enjoyed our tour. Lastly, we think we got an excellent value with this tour and would definitely recommend to others.

Anthony was an excellent tour guide and driver. We wanted to change our itinerary and he was very accommodating and gave us the best advice on where to go and what to see in the time we had. This company has great vehicles and equipment to use on our hikes. Plenty of water refills to keep us hydrated. A couple of the highlights were Peyto Lake and seeing two bears. Anthony was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. Thank you!!!!

We had a party of six people and had a private tour with Anthony. The day was perfect! We went to Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Peyto Lake and Johnston Canyon. Anthony was amazing and so accommodating. He made suggestions for things that we would not think of and we were able to get a little history of each area. The price was a lot cheaper and it is worth every penny to have someone directly drive you to all of these places. We avoided the long lines and parking issues. I highly recommend this company!

Our last leg of the trip was actually Johnston Canyon and not Banff. I was not able to find that option. We had a party of six people and had a private tour with Anthony. The day was perfect! Anthony was amazing and so accommodating. He made suggestions for things that we would not think of and we were able to get a little history of each area. Yash was a great shuttle driver and a guide, he is the best in business in Banff rides to Moraine and Lake Louise. My family of 4 had the best time of our lives, the scenes were just unbelievable WOW 😍👍, and it was a life-time experience we will never forget as a family, and Yash along with Banff Book My Ride made it even more memorable. Always carry warm clothing like jackets, as the weather is unpredictable especially in the mountains (it was 34 degrees in Calgary and 4 degrees at Moraine lake, we had to spend 293$ for 4 jackets at Moraine as it was freezing😔, however the pictures came out great 😍). All in all I will highly recommend Yash and Banff Book My Ride for anyone from any country, it was an awesome ride with them.
