We were not sure the weather would cooperate, but it was perfect. We thought that 2 hours at each location would not be enough, but it was. The coffee and cookies were a nice, but unnecessary benefit. The tour guide, was quite engaging and added to the experience. Although the cost was “high”, in consideration of what we received, it was worth it. This is a one-time experience that cannot be missed. Go for it!

The BEST tour company in Banff!! We needed someone last minute and contacted several places. Mountain Explorer called me back right away and offered a Mercedes Sprinter van for the 8 of us for a great price!!! They picked us up at our AirBnB condo at 8:30 am and took us to Lake Moraine first, knowing it would be more crowded later, than took us to Lake Louise. We were able to explore at our pace, but the guide helped us find areas not as crowded to take pictures. If we didn't know better, we would have thought we had both places to ourselves. We were given so much info about the area during the drive there and back. It was a long day, and sooooo easy and relaxing!! I highly recommend contacting Mountain Explorer!!!
