This was a beautiful experience. The gondola was smooth and gave you a panoramic view of the city of Banff and the surrounding areas. There was also a nice restaurant and a bar also and a viewing area. You could also hike a little higher to the top of the hill next-door for a really fabulous view of the sunset.

His insights and enthusiasm added so much to the trip. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Steve!

Only way to go!!

Definitely the best way to see these lakes… Steve was an awesome guide… gave the itinerary clearly, set our “times allowed” clearly and made the tour fun! We felt like we had plenty of time at each stop and he gave us”pro tips” to send us to the best viewing spots. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone! (Only complaint is that we tried to contact the company at the number given for “contact if you would like to arrange hotel pick-up” and no one ever answered the phone. Van drove right past our hotel and a quick pick-up would have been awesome. So… if not going to answer phone or if hotel pick ups not an option, don’t offer it on your site.). So, other than that (which is management, not tour guide)… this tour has been amazing and perfect!!

A must do

A shuttle is the best way to see these sites. Parking is very difficult and you can no longer drive to Moraine lake. Our driver provided valuable and interesting information. Well worth the price!

Wow, simply wow!

Our experience exceeded all expectations. The stunning sites are almost indescribable. We are thankful for the gifts of sight and smell to have experienced this part of the world. Our guide, 'Rager Roger' enhanced the visit tremendously. His communication in advance of the tour was spot-on for meeting the bus. Even greater was the sincere passion he exuded for sharing knowledge of the areas we visited. Roger sprinkled in the right amount of trivia in a fun and engaging manner, as well. Finally, we were impressed with how he too care to ensure every single guest was included as he called on each of us, by name, during the tour.I couldn't recommend this excursion more highly.

Worth Every Dollar!

Tyler and Lewis were incredible hosts! Full of knowledge about the Banff region and generous with their time and expertise. Pick ups were on time, driving was very safe, and the yellow buses were easy to spot! The convenience of not having to park was 100% worth the price of the ticket, as it is crazy in terms of traffic.

An Incredible Day in the Canadian Rockies

The experience was absolutely incredible! Visiting Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Banff, and Surprise Corner made for such a beautiful and memorable day. The tour was the perfect length, the weather was wonderful, and the information shared throughout the day was interesting and informative. Our guide Bana kept us engaged without making the tour feel rushed or overloaded with information. It was a great balance of sightseeing, learning, and simply enjoying the scenery. We were on this 3 day trip from Calgary to Banff and back to Calgary every night. Each of the 3 days covered scenic destinations of the Banff National park and also exploring parts of Jasper and Yoho National Park en-route per itinerary of the trip. The views were Stunning, Picturesque and Exquisite !!! Fantastic

Fantastic cruise around the lake. Our guide Emma was incredibly knowledgeable and our boat driver Vic was fantastic. They do a moment where they turn off the engine in the middle of the lake so you can experience the quiet and this was beautiful.
