From the moment our lovely Tour Guide, Emma, greeted us at the bus stop in front of the Westley Hotel, we knew we were in for a fabulous trip. Her warm and gregarious personality was evident immediately. And her driving skills were amazing! We felt safe and in capable hands throughout the trip. Emma informed us of interesting points cultural, geographical and scientific, talking just enough, and incorporating periods of music for some relaxing time. The stops we made (lake Louise, Moraine Lake and Banff) were beautiful…breathtaking in fact. Just one suggestion for improvement…We could have used more time in Banff. Otherwise, it was a wonderful day! Thank you, Emma!

Thanks to our kind and witty guide, Mark, the drive time was really enjoyable as well. I loved the viewpoints he recommended. Lots of beautiful scenery! Although they can't guarantee that you will see wildlife, our tour guide, Charlie, was on it! He had a network of other guides that all share wildlife sightings and Charlie didn't hesitate to go where there was a report of bears! We were able to see a mama black bear and her 3 cubs!! It was awesome!!

I originally booked this as a small-group shared tour, but it ended up being a private tour.Our guide, Robyn, was wonderful. She loves nature and hiking, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the Canadian Rockies. She taught us so many interesting things about the places we visited, which made the tour even more enjoyable.Most importantly, she was very flexible and customized the itinerary to accommodate my mother, who loves hiking. She even took us to some additional scenic spots that are not normally included in the tour.Thanks to Robyn, we were able to visit all the highlights of the Canadian Rockies without missing a thing. We were also blessed with beautiful weather, and thanks to her, we made unforgettable memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you so much, Robyn!At Moraine Lake, we had to meet up with another tour operated by the same company, but all of the other guides were also very friendly and helpful. I never realized how truly beautiful Canada was until this trip. Banf Park Lake Louise was my favorite spot. Our activities included: • Lake Louise • Moraine Lake - A lunch break at shops owned by Natives • Emerald Lake - Johaster Canyon • Downtown Banff. My itinerary was slightly adjusted by Cool Banff, but they kept me informed in advance and made sure to accommodate my preferences. Our driver and guide, Samuel, was both funny and knowledgeable. This trip was worth every penny, and the experience will stay with me forever.

I booked the 7-days trip through Banff, Jasper, Waterton and Drumheller.To start it off, it's a bilingual tour in English and Mandarin. I didn't mind that at all, but there was an English-speaking woman on my tour that kept complaining about that, so be aware of that.The airport pick-up worked well and I had no issues. The Best Western Premier Hotel is located near a lot of supermarkets and food shops, so you will find something within a 10 min walk. It was a pretty good hotel in my opinion. The Mount Royal Hotel and Canalta Lodge in Banff were pretty good too. With the later being a bit further from the town center, but still within walking distance in my opinion. I didn't really like the Tonqin Inn in Jasper, as I thought it was too noisy. You could hear everyone. But I would say over all the hostel selection was very good!Your tour guide and potentially your group changes depending on the trip. I had a total of four guides. Kan, Patrick, Rogers and Sonya. Kan did an amazing job, in my opinion. He gave a enough information and good recommendations. He even helped me out when I had some communication issue, which I absolutely appreciate! I had a good talk with Rogers and Sonya is like a very bubbly and lively guide. Overall I think all of them did a good job and I was able to see and learn some new things thanks to them! All of them also offered to take pictures of you. And we took some additional stops when we had the time and saw a beautiful scenery!The itinerary was in my opinion good and well thought out! I got to see a lot of different things and had an over all great experience!

Heather was awesome. So knowledgeable about the area. Threw in some stories to make it more interesting. She was a gem. Loved the small group-met new people from Australia, the UK, Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin and California. My only negative was the bus itself…or perhaps it was the road- very bumpy ride.

This was a great experience with a comfortable vehicle and knowledgeable guide. The vehicle was warm and comfortable with both usb and c port outlets. The guide was able to assist with photos and as well as provide clear communication for meet up times and locations. They also did door to door pick up and drop off and provide a clear drop off time to better allow you to make reservations. I feel like this is one of the only tours I was on in which the company was actively aware that we were on an excursion and likely had other things in our itinerary. They kept us up to date on service as we were entering dead zones, as well as the plan for the day with estimated arrival times for upcoming location. Highly recommended
