What To Expect

Come fish with us! On this private fishing charter, we welcome experienced anglers, novice anglers or families and groups. You will be paired with a skilled local guide, provided the necessary permit needed to fish within the Park and given ample opportunity to soak in the views and learn tips and tricks that are sure to help you make the ultimate catch. The typical trip length is 4 hours for 8:00am & 1:00pm tour. The 5:30pm Tour is 3-3.5 hours in duration. We can cater to groups of up to 18 (6 per boat) with 3 guides and boats.

Only 1 boat is able to be booked per timeslot online. If you would more than 1 boat, please contact our team on 403 7624554.

The Fishing Charter Price is based on 2 people. Additional anglers can only be added onto a private fishing charter once 2 people have been booked.

Q: Will I get seasick on Banff Fishing on Lake Minnewanka?

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
