Must Do Tour!
This is a must do tour! When I booked I had low expectations because of the reasonable price and that I booked last minute. I was going to drive myself and take the Canada parks shuttle between lakes. (You can’t drive to some lakes and the Canada shuttle costs $30 on its own). The tour was very professional and extremely well ran. Ahmed was our tour guide and he was a rock star! So was our driver, Robert. They kept everything running very smoothly. All the lakes are breathtaking and the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! It’s an 11 out of 10! You won’t be disappointed taking this tour.

Experience was good during the trip. but it was not very good during the booking as the operator changed our schedule a day before that affected a lot of our already planned trip. We had to adjust it accordingly that somehow forced us to miss some of the already planned activities. He always metioned about the "fine prints" in the agreement that it can be changed if less number of people in one trip, but practically no one reads such fine prints and trust the host. This was a bad experience, and I will always rethink next time. However, the tour guide Bred was exceptional. He helped in making the tour very exciting and productive.

It was an awesome experience with Sir Red (shuttle driver + tour guide ** in one)... He gave some tips and the perfect viewpoint on both attractions especially the Moraine Lake (which at the time was my first time to go for summer) , even in Lake Louise (thou I'm used to lake Louise already) ... but the beauty of Moraine Lake at the time was out of this world.... like really God's creation at its finest. Had an awesome day with the shuttle driver, hopefully next time I'll recommend this tour with my other friends/relatives when they're in the place ... "Salamat Sir Red"

What an excellent experience this was. Our tour guide Kale was prompt, ( collected us at 3am ) and after collecting a couple of other groups drove us down to Moraine for an arrival at 4.45 am. Kale was full of excellent information about the area, guided us to the best place to see the sunrise over the lake complete with the most magnificent Alpen Glow. After hot drinks and snacks he then took us to Lake Louise. Dreamy views and breathtaking scenery. What a brilliant outing. Via Via provided blankets to keep us warm and we were all very impressed with service from Nathan in the office and the very user friendly website. Highly recommend.

Our guide Eric was the best he gave us information along the way to the Icefield. I didn’t care for the lunch at the lunch stop. I’d pack my own lunch next time. The Icefield is amazing the ride on the ice explorer was cool as well as the driver Lars who was very entertaining. Highly recommend this excursion.
