I had a bad experience in the seat.
I was glad that I had 90 minutes of free time at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and that I received advice on how to spend that time. The driver was friendly too, which was nice. However, I wish the bus seats had been reserved. At first, we were sitting side-by-side, but when we returned after walking around Moraine Lake, not only had other groups taken our seats, but only distant seats were left for us. It was as unpleasant as the walk around Lake Louise. It's very disappointing to think that if the group composition was known at the time of application, we could have specified it accordingly and avoided such trouble.

Very nice tour, friendly and nice guide and driver. The only detail i would recommend to change will be to ask consumers to purchase 2 pm not 2.45 pm glacier tickets so the group does not wait for the passenger who books it from Cool Banff. Cool Banff suggest 2.30, 4.45 pm tickets. But the driver was very nice and accommodated all of us

We were thrilled to have Mr. Daman as our guide once again for the Banff Highlights Tour, and he delivered another perfection-level day!We started early with peaceful, mirror-like reflections at Two Jack Lake and Lake Minnewanka, followed by the majestic Bow Falls and the classic viewpoint at Surprise Corner overlooking the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Riding the Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain offered breathtaking 360-degree views, and relaxing afterward at the Banff Upper Hot Springs was pure bliss. We went on this tour yesterday with Aanish, and it was a very well-planned experience from start to finish. The itinerary was organized, and we got to see so many incredible places. All of the lakes were absolutely amazing, and Johnston Canyon was breathtaking. Our tour guide Aanish also took some fabulous photos for us, which was a lovely bonus.Just be prepared—it's a very long day (12 hours from Calgary)! I recommend bringing plenty of snacks and water to keep your energy up. The meeting point is conveniently located just across the road from the hotel, making it easy to find. If you come prepared, you'll have a fantastic day and create some wonderful memories. Thanks Aanish for being so welcoming and sharing your experiences with our family 🇦🇺
