I had a fantastic day on this tour. I was in Calgary for a conference and only had one free day, so I wanted to make the most of it and see as much of Banff and the Canadian Rockies as possible. This tour was a great choice.Our guide, William, was excellent—knowledgeable, fun, and engaging throughout the day. He also went out of his way to take lots of photos for us, which I really appreciated. Just as importantly, he did a great job keeping everyone on schedule without making the day feel rushed. Because of that, we were able to see everything on the itinerary and really make the most of our time.The scenery was spectacular, and having William handle the logistics made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Banff was one of the highlights of my trip to Calgary. Highly recommend this tour, and especially William as a guide!

This is a looong day…. Especially if you’re traveling from Calgary. But all the stops were great. Our driver was good at making decisions appropriate for timing sites and stops, and did not leave anyone behind. However he was not much of a guide, he did not offer any info during the drive or any sites. We skipped Herbert lake and went to Waterfowl lake instead due to the crowd. We had 3 hours at the Columbia Icefield discovery center, which was not enough if you were going to have lunch, go for the ice explorer and skywalk. I ate in 20 minutes, had my tickets booked so got in line right away, spent hardly 5 minutes at the skywalk but I barely made it back in time. But our driver had to wait more than 30 minutes anyway for everyone to get back on the bus.

Experience was good during the trip. but it was not very good during the booking as the operator changed our schedule a day before that affected a lot of our already planned trip. We had to adjust it accordingly that somehow forced us to miss some of the already planned activities. He always metioned about the "fine prints" in the agreement that it can be changed if less number of people in one trip, but practically no one reads such fine prints and trust the host. This was a bad experience, and I will always rethink next time. However, the tour guide Bred was exceptional. He helped in making the tour very exciting and productive.

If you want to see the most breathtaking waters in the Canadian Rockies without any of the stress, this is the tour to take! Mr. Inder was an exceptional guide—friendly, highly organized, and full of fascinating insights about the region.The itinerary was packed with iconic highlights: standing in awe at the impossibly blue Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, taking in the serene green hues of Emerald Lake in Yoho, and witnessing the raw force of the Kicking Horse River at Natural Bridge. The walk through Johnston Canyon to the waterfalls was a highlight, and ending with free time in Banff Town was the perfect touch. Mr. Inder made sure we had ample time at each location for photos and exploration without ever feeling rushed. 10/10 experience!
