Truly wonderful experience and certainly the BEST 2.5 hours spent touring around. Our group was only four people and so we had the driver/guide to ourselves. Aki was our driver and guide, he arrived promptly and took us off on our tour around the lakes and sites. He knew all the right places to stop to get the right photo opportunities as well as offering us water/biscuits on the way around. His knowledge of the area was exceptional. He also helped by taking group photos of us all. All in all an incredible experience and one I shall never forget. THANK YOU AKI YOUR A STAR ⭐️ Well done Banff Lakes Travel keep up the great work. 👍👏🏼

We booked our small group tour of the Banff area through Cool Banff. Monarch VIP Tours was the provider, and Vishal was our guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Vishal. His knowledge of the Banff National Park and surrounding areas is phenomenal. We wanted to see the main attractions around Banff. Our tour was for 10 stops. Vishal knew the best places to see the sights. What a nice day!!

The Mountains, Lakes & Waterfalls trip was a full on day, lots of stops and so much to see - but such a worthwhile trip!We went on Tuesday, 8th Sept, our Driver was Richard and guide was Eleanor.Both Richard and Eleanor were full of expert knowledge on the local area, pointing out the most famous mountains and their history. We visited three lakes in total, Lake Louise, Lake Moraine and Emerald Lake. All very different and unique in their own right. The waterfalls were amazing, we visited a couple which again were so different, one with great height which was a perfect backdrop for a selfie!, the other was on a much smaller scale.We stopped for a nice buffet lunch at Emerald Lake which was included, and delicious it was!Another really great day out, thanks again Brewster Sightseeing Tours for making it fun, we learnt lots also.

The lakes and waterfalls we visited were amazing. Boyd our guide did a great job working with a group of diverse hiking abilities. The weather was perfect but the ground somewhat muddy at the first waterfall if you went past the overlook for a closeup view. It would be worthwhile taking your hiking sticks on this tour if nothing else to use at Wapta Falls. Boyd had several sets of sticks people could borrow but just know they were very useful at Wapata Falls. The sites we visited had lots of visitors and cars were parking a long way away and adding to their hikes considerably just because of distant parking. However being on this small group tour, we had parking right up front as well as a knowledgeable guide to let us know where the best spots to take pictures. We also had plenty of water and snacks for all who wanted or needed them. Couldn’t have had a prettier day. We had a wonderful experience. Definitely worth doing these places with a small group tour.

Great quick tour of the Banff area to see a few of the sights. Ideal to give a useful orientation. Aki was knowledgeable of the areas visited and added a lot of useful facts. Stay at each stop as long as you wished - no rush. Offered granola snack and bottle of water. One restroom stop, if required. Great value.

The highlight of our entire trip to the Rockies! We had such an amazing time on this tour - breathtaking views of some Canada’s best lakes and mountains. Our guide Nolan and driver Carson made our experience even better with their impressive knowledge of each location and super friendly service. They were funny and shared some great stories and anecdotes. We saw 3 bears and a deer on this tour too which was amazing. We would have loved to have a little more time at Lake Louise but you get to fit so much in in one day. We would 100% recommend this tour as an easy way to see Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls! No matter how long your stay in Banff is, this is a must!
