Fantastic day with Tez exploring Banff and Kootenay national parks. A great mix of guided tour and free time to look around at leisure. Having 2 hours at Emerald Lake was brilliant as it gave us time to walk the lakeside trail and find a perfect picnic spot away from the crowds. The highlight of the day was Takakkaw Falls, and again plenty of time here to soak it all in, and being on a tour meant no hassle with parking or driving up the switchback road. Tez made the whole day feel relaxed which was good after a few jam packed days. All the details were spot on, delicious lunch and efficient pick up. Being a small group of 6 made for a sociable trip.

Once the tour kicked off, our guides, Lili and Aurelien, made the whole experience absolutely incredible. Their positive vibe and willingness to help everyone was outstanding. ​We didn't have the easiest start: the first two days brought rain and rough weather, but thanks to their support and infectious attitude, it didn't even dampen our spirits. Then the skies cleared, and we were blessed with perfect conditions for the rest of the journey! ​We can't thank Lili and Aurelien enough for always being there, sharing fascinating insights along the trails, and going the extra mile. They even surprised us the very next morning by picking up cream cheese and salt after we casually mentioned it at breakfast—it’s small, thoughtful touches like that which truly make a difference. ​A huge shoutout to the professionalism and camaraderie of Lili, Aurelien, and the entire "Wolf Pack" (as our group came to be known). If you're looking to explore Canada’s wild beauty, I can’t recommend Fresh Adventures enough. I booked the 7-days trip through Banff, Jasper, Waterton and Drumheller.To start it off, it's a bilingual tour in English and Mandarin. I didn't mind that at all, but there was an English-speaking woman on my tour that kept complaining about that, so be aware of that.The airport pick-up worked well and I had no issues. The Best Western Premier Hotel is located near a lot of supermarkets and food shops, so you will find something within a 10 min walk. It was a pretty good hotel in my opinion. The Mount Royal Hotel and Canalta Lodge in Banff were pretty good too. With the later being a bit further from the town center, but still within walking distance in my opinion. I didn't really like the Tonqin Inn in Jasper, as I thought it was too noisy. You could hear everyone. But I would say over all the hostel selection was very good!Your tour guide and potentially your group changes depending on the trip. I had a total of four guides. Kan, Patrick, Rogers and Sonya. Kan did an amazing job, in my opinion. He gave a enough information and good recommendations. He even helped me out when I had some communication issue, which I absolutely appreciate! I had a good talk with Rogers and Sonya is like a very bubbly and lively guide. Overall I think all of them did a good job and I was able to see and learn some new things thanks to them! All of them also offered to take pictures of you. And we took some additional stops when we had the time and saw a beautiful scenery!The itinerary was in my opinion good and well thought out! I got to see a lot of different things and had an over all great experience!

My family and I really enjoyed the tour. Rogers was the best tour guide and the trip was scheduled very smoothly. There was a little hip hop when picking us up from the airport but the tour was very enjoyable.

This was one if the best hiking adventures I have taken due to the expertise of the guides and the other hikers in the group. The trip was well organized and communication from the beginning was excellent.Frederick (Fred) our main guide is top notch and has experience that is second to none. His passion for the outdoors and his desire to make the trip a memorable experience for all came through every day. Tarik, the assistant guide, was an invaluable part of the trip. The Mountains, Lakes & Waterfalls trip was a full on day, lots of stops and so much to see - but such a worthwhile trip!We went on Tuesday, 8th Sept, our Driver was Richard and guide was Eleanor.Both Richard and Eleanor were full of expert knowledge on the local area, pointing out the most famous mountains and their history. We visited three lakes in total, Lake Louise, Lake Moraine and Emerald Lake. All very different and unique in their own right. The waterfalls were amazing, we visited a couple which again were so different, one with great height which was a perfect backdrop for a selfie!, the other was on a much smaller scale.We stopped for a nice buffet lunch at Emerald Lake which was included, and delicious it was!Another really great day out, thanks again Brewster Sightseeing Tours for making it fun, we learnt lots also.

Must Do Tour!
This is a must do tour! When I booked I had low expectations because of the reasonable price and that I booked last minute. I was going to drive myself and take the Canada parks shuttle between lakes. (You can’t drive to some lakes and the Canada shuttle costs $30 on its own). The tour was very professional and extremely well ran. Ahmed was our tour guide and he was a rock star! So was our driver, Robert. They kept everything running very smoothly. All the lakes are breathtaking and the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! It’s an 11 out of 10! You won’t be disappointed taking this tour.

Great Day in Yoho!
We had a great day in Yoho visiting Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge & Takakkaw Falls. Austin was our guide & he was very nervous ce & always made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Emerald Lake was beautiful & it was nice getting there early in the day to allow those who wanted to rent a canoe get in line before it got too long. We had ample time to explore the Lake & take it in before moving on to a quick visit at Natural Bridge. The tour finished off with Takakkaw Falls. It was a nice walk to the base of the falls & we had enough time to take pictures & enjoy the area. Overall, I would recommend this tour if you have already seen Lake Loiuse & Moraine Lake as Emerald Lake is stunning & right up there with the Banff Lakes.
